📦 How Returns Work for Open-Box Items

If your open-box racks arrive damaged in shipping or are not playable, we’ll happily replace them or issue a refund. Just send us photos showing the issue so we can authorize the return or refund.

If you’d like to return your racks because you changed your mind or because they aren’t in perfect cosmetic condition, we can accept the return with a 15% restocking fee, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
