If your open-box mat arrives damaged from shipping and is not playable, we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund. Just send us photos showing the issue so we can authorize the return or refund.

If you’d like to return your mat because you changed your mind or because it isn't in perfect cosmetic condition, we can accept the return with a 15% restocking fee, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
